Bar Clamps - 300mm x 90mm - Pack of 4
These one hand bar clamps are the perfect clamps to use when working alone or overhead, ideal when you only have one hand free and need to secure your workpiece. The smooth, patented pump lever mechanism allows the easy exertion of a class-leading 3000N clamping force, which once secured, is guaranteed not to slip and ruin the joints of your project.
The main bar is made of a single piece of 19mm x 6mm I profiled carbon steel, induction hardened to maximise strength and durability and prevent flexing under load. The 43mm x 52mm non-marring jaw pads are made of thermoplastic rubber, ensuring excellent glue and abrasion resistance. The reinforced composite plastic jaws will not deform when clamping and can be quickly reversed with the push of a button for spreading applications.
The ergonomically moulded handles feature a bi-material design, with a soft non-slip grip on the handle and trigger. The quick release trigger on the rear handle makes disengaging the clamps a simple task. A sliding foot on the main bar allows each clamp to stand upright, unaided on a workbench, whilst you align and position boards for assembly. These heavy duty clamps have a capacity of 300mm with a throat depth of 90mm and a spreading capacity of 203mm to 533mm. Supplied as a pack of 4. ©
